Alison Wonderland had been busy over the past few months playing to more than 30,000 fans on her sold-out U.S. headline tour. Now that her tour has come to an end, the Australian producer is back with new music for the first time since the release of her debut album ‘Run’ back in 2015. She’s cranking out her next album which we can expect to see sometime in 2017. Her first and last track of the year is called ‘Messiah’.

The single which has been teased in her live sets for months, is filled with heartfelt lyrics about encouragement and support as Alison says,

“Messiah is about trying to lift the people suffering around you…”. “When you need that fire, I’m your Messiah,”

Wonderland sings on her mesmerizing collaboration with fellow Australian and Grammy winning producer M-Phazes who has worked with major artists ranging from Eminem to Madonna. Although ‘Messiah’ has a hard-hitting electronic tune it leans heavily as a pop dance anthem.

The track is now available everywhere, including iTunes and Spotify. While there’s no word yet on when the 2017 album will be released, but ‘Messiah’ definitely proves that it will be worth the wait.
