Novo Amor & Ed Tullett announced in August their upcoming collaborative debut album, Heiress, as well as teased fans with a new single release “Cavalry.”

No strangers to collaboration, Nova Amor (aka Ali Lacey) and Ed Tullett released two stunning singles, “Faux” and “Alps” in 2014 and 2016, collectively.

Now the pair officially confirmed not only an expected album but also released a new emotionally captivating new single, “Cavalry.”

“Cavalry” is a beautiful guitar melody bringing the track to life as the background music builds around it, taking the listener on a journey.

If you are a fan of Bon Iver, Iron and Wine or James Vincent McMorrow, then look no further, you have found some new music to add to your Spotify playlist!

This track is Novo’s first release after the release of his EP, Bathing Beach , ‘which charted at #35 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart. NPR said of Novo Amor, “Ali Lacey’s music weaves together many exquisite strands, from gently picked acoustic guitars to subtle but moving strings. Still, no facet of Lacey’s sound is more delicate than his soft, airy, fragile falsetto…just when the song feels like it might billow skyward and blow away like a dandelion spore, it blooms and builds into a dense and enveloping arrangement.”

Silvery dropped a bit more recently from the duo. Another song similar to Cavalry with stunning ambience and soothing vocal presence and gentle instrumentation.
