Nottingham UK’s Blle has incredible vocal control accompanied by fun, bouncy production for “Under Pressure”. She gained huge support for her earlier work from the likes of BBC Introducing who invited her to do a live session, a huge headline show and support slots for many upcoming artists. Her fashion sense is reflective of her music as well, vibrant and quirky.
She tells us,
“I wrote/co-produced this song last year when I was frustrated with where I was in life and felt uncertain in my direction, so it’s amazing to be releasing the track in a place that seemed so distant when I wrote it.
When writing the song I was taking pieces of conversations I’d had with my (ex) boyfriend about wanting to move away and start fresh, and how he pushed my feelings aside and refused to accept it – “Don’t talk to me, I can’t stand it, I’m sad yeah you only care about what’s best for you”. I wanted the production to feel slightly disjointed and mirror the songs’ meaning which I know a lot of people in their late teens/early twenties will relate to.”
